Planning for Impact in 2026

Stop firefighting. Feel in control. Get your impact work done.

Who this is for

Solopreneurs and CEOs of micro-businesses who are passionate about creating meaningful impact through their business – but struggling to make it actually happen alongside the day-to-day demands of running a business.

Your biggest challenge right now

You want to create meaningful impact through your business, but right now you're stuck in reactive mode.

You're busy with client work and daily tasks, without a clear plan for making progress on the impact work that really matters.

You know what you want to achieve. You've got the ideas and the passion. But you don't have the structure or planning system to make it actually happen. So impact stays on the "when I have time" list, which means it rarely gets done.

You feel a bit all over the place. Going round in circles. There are so many things you want to do, and you're not great at saying no.

It's easy to get to the end of the week and realise you've been busy being busy, but haven't moved forward on the things that will truly make a difference.

How I help you

I help you set up a simple, proven planning system that ensures your impact work actually gets done. Not left until "when you have time," but built into your weekly and monthly routines as a non-negotiable priority.

This isn't about working harder or finding more hours in the day.

It's about having meaningful structure that helps you focus on what matters, break big goals into manageable chunks, and make steady progress even when client work is demanding.

What you’ll achieve

By the end of February, you'll go from feeling overwhelmed and reactive to feeling in control and excited about your impact journey.

You'll have clear goals for 2026, concrete priorities for Q1, and a planning and monitoring system that makes sure impact work gets the attention it deserves.

You'll enjoy the journey more and feel proud of the progress you're making, stepping up your impact in a way that feels manageable.

Because you'll have a planning system that works with client delivery, not against it. You'll know exactly what to do each week to move your impact goals forward, even when you're busy. You'll be making small, determined steps with your big impact goals in mind.

What you’ll walk away with

At the end of our time together, you'll have:

  • Clear impact goals for 2026

  • Concrete priorities for Q1

  • Weekly and monthly planning routines – simple templates you can use on an ongoing basis to monitor progress, reflect, and plan next steps

  • Real examples from my business – see how I actually use these templates, not just theoretical advice

  • Accountability support – weekly nudges to keep you on track throughout February

Everything is designed to be practical, tangible, and easy to action. Clear stepping stones, not fluffy aspirations.

How it works

This is a small group programme (maximum 15 people) where I share the exact planning system I use in my own business (templates, processes, and worked examples) and then support you to implement it through February.

There are three parts to this mini-programme:

WORKING SESSION

Thursday 22nd January, 2pm-4pm GMT

We'll work through the entire approach together in this 2-hour session:

  • Walk through each step of the planning system so you understand how it all fits together

  • Complete the templates together during the session – you'll leave with your February priorities set

  • See my actual templates as real-life examples

  • Ask questions as we go

WEEKLY NUDGES

Every Friday in February

Brief reminders to encourage you to stick with the process.

Think of it as positive pressure, keeping you accountable when life gets busy.

MONTHLY REFLECTION

Friday 27th February, 12pm-1.30pm GMT

A 1.5-hour working session to close out February and get set up for March:

  • Work through the Monthly Reflection Template together

  • Review your progress using the 'Better Business Action Tracker'

  • Set your priorities for March

  • Ask any questions that have come up

The approach I’m sharing

I'm a solopreneur myself – this is the planning approach I use within my own business. I've developed and refined it over the last 6 years.

It's designed to be pragmatic, simple to understand, and easy to use.

You'll get the following templates (all the ones I actually use):

  • Weekly Reflection and Progress Tracker (Excel)

  • Weekly planning approach (using Trello, but adaptable to any tool)

  • Monthly Better Business Action Tracker (Word)

  • Monthly Reflection Template (Word)

These aren't generic planning templates – they're specifically designed to help you balance commercial priorities with impact work, so both get the attention they need.

Why trust me with this?

I've always been a make-it-happen person and have spent 20+ years making big, complex programmes happen – from leading innovation teams at Cancer Research UK to transformation work with purpose-led businesses.

My clients consistently say that I'm exceptionally good at turning complexity into clarity and making things actually happen. I'm pragmatic and action-oriented. I help you focus on what truly matters.

This planning system is how I ensure I make progress on building my business and creating impact, even when client work is demanding. And now I'm sharing it with you.

Hannah is a stunning example of systems, processes, support, review, learning and clear-sighted impact goals. It’s always exciting for me to meet and work with her and see the foundations of a strong business.

For this you get:

  • Two working sessions (3.5 hours total) where we work through the system together

  • All the templates I use in my own business – tried and tested over 6 years

  • Weekly accountability nudges throughout February to keep you on track

  • A small cohort (max 15) so you get proper attention and can learn from each other

Why this matters

When your actions are focused and intentional, you make a far more meaningful difference with your limited time and money.

This isn't just about getting organised. It's about ensuring the impact work you care about actually happens – consistently, sustainably, and without burning yourself out.

By the end of February, you'll have a planning system that works for you, not against you. One that helps you deliver on your impact ambitions while running a successful business.

And you'll finally feel like you're making the progress you've been wanting to make.

Hannah is the most organised person I know. She is your best ally for helping you plan for impact and track your progress. She is grounded, rigorous and has a series of excellent templates and processes that help you achieve the best results.
